Terms and Policy

• All classes must be pre-booked at least 1 week before the start date.
• No walk-ins are permitted.
• Payment must be made promptly upon submission of the booking form.
• A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.

• Trial class fees are non-transferable and non-refundable in the event of last-minute withdrawal, missed classes, or no-shows.
• A medical certificate is required for any absence due to health reasons in order to postpone or reschedule a trial class.
• Each student may register for a trial class for a particular genre only.

• Each package is $450 ($45 per 1.5 hr class)
• Each class consists of 10 classes
• No classes will be held during public holidays.
• Fees must be paid before the start of each package
• Lessons may be suspended until fees are received.
• All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• A registration fee of $20 is required for all first-time enrollments.
• This fee also applies to returning students who have been absent for 6 months or more.

💳 Trial class Fees / Single class fees

• Trial class fees are at $50 per trial class or per single class of 1,5 hrs
• Trial class fees are non-refundable in the event of last-minute withdrawal, missed classes, or no-shows. 

• With valid reasons (health issues with medical certificate or emergencies or overseas trip with itinerary only), package will be extended
• Last-minute notices will result in forfeited fees, and no extension of fees package will be allowed
• If a teacher is absent and no relief teacher is available, the class package will automatically be extended

• If your child’s class falls on a public holiday during the term, the class package will be extended
• No extension of class package will be allowed for absences due to parties, celebrations, or other personal reasons.

              Refunds are only considered under exceptional circumstances:

• Injury/medical condition: With a valid medical certificate, remaining fees may be put on hold for up to 6 months, subject to class availability.
• Permanent withdrawal due to injury: You may choose to withdraw your child or extend the package.  The package has a 1 year validity.
• Class cancellation by the school (e.g., insufficient registration): A full refund will be provided.​

• Let’s Move Dance Academy is permitted to take photographs and videos of student activities.
• These may be used for:
  • Marketing
  • Advertisements and promotional materials
  • School publications, newsletters, and magazines
  • Brochures, displays, and the academy’s website
  • Other marketing and publicity purposes
• Occasions when photos/videos may be taken include (but are not limited to):
  • Concerts and performances
  • Excursions and award presentations
  • Public roadshows
  • Regular class activities
•  All images, videos, and recordings remain the property of Let’s Move Dance Academy. 

• Let’s Move Dance Academy is not liable for:
  • Loss or damage of personal property and belongings
  • Injury, disability, or death incurred or suffered by students
• This applies while students are: 
  • Using the academy’s equipment
  • Attending lessons
  • Participating in any activities organized by Let’s Move, including but not limited to:
    • Concerts and performances
    • Excursions and award presentations
    • Public roadshows
    • Class activities and events

           Fees are subject to revision without prior notice.

• Let’s Move reserves the right to change, combine, transfer, suspend, or terminate classes, and to dismiss students if necessary.
• Parents must update us immediately on any change of contact details.
• Students with contagious illnesses (e.g., influenza, COVID-19, measles, chickenpox) should not attend classes for the safety of others.
• Parents must inform the academy of any medical conditions affecting their child.
• Terms & policies may be amended without prior notice.​
